Example 1: Foundation and Bio Defense
A monthly Autoship order for Foundation and Bio Defense adds up to $66 SRP per month, which will earn you a $80 retail credit at the end of six months. (Autoship orders of $50 - $99.99 SRP per month receive a $80 SRP credit).
Example 2: Agaricus (bi-monthly):
With a bi-monthly Autoship order of Agaricus, you will spend $350 SRP every two months. To find the average monthly cost, simply divide the amount by two and you get $175 SRP. Based on a monthly retail amount of $175, you will earn a retail credit of $170 at the end of the six month period. (Autoship orders of $100 - $199.99 SRP per month receive a $170 SRP credit).
Please Note:
• Autoship orders of less than $100 SRP must to be scheduled on a monthly basis in order to qualify for the product credit. Autoship orders of more than $100 SRP can be scheduled on a bi-monthly basis, however the bi-monthly retail price will be divided in two to get a true dollar amount per month. The credit earned at the end of the six month period will be based on the amount spent per month, not bi-monthly.
• The product credit will only be available after six continuous months on Autoship. If you decided to change or remove products from your standing Autoship order within those six months, you will revert back to month one of the qualification period and will have to start over. Your product credit will be based on the new retail amount. Adding to your Autoship order, on the other hand, will not affect your current qualification period. In this case, the credit at the end of six months will be based on the average monthly retail amount.
• The product credit from this program cannot be cashed. A notice will be sent notifying the credit award amount. Credit will expire if not used within three full calendar months from the date of acquiring.
